I first spoke with the BR in-house customer service reps who answered all of my questions about measuring, pattern matching and standard vs luxury options. Encouraged by excellent recent feedback, I placed the order with two week delivery. Communication on order status and a text advising of dispatch followed. The curtains were delivered on time, they were pattern matched across both sets of curtains as well as seams and were the perfect length. Really well made curtains.
